Man Looses his hands while trying to save a girl

In a a bid to prevent a girl from being molested, a 28 year old man lost his limbs. The incident took place in the wee hours of Wednesday on Malabar Express. Seeing a girl being molested, 28 year old Manu tried to stop the group. However, the group of men who were in an inebriated state threw the man out of the train.
According to the Cheruthuruthi police, ‘the man was thrown out of Malabar Express when he tried to stop the group, in an inebriated state, from outraging the modesty of the woman passenger. The victim son of Rajagopala Pillai in Idukki was on his way to Mookambika. Two separate incidents have been registered, one by the police and the other by the Railway Police.
