Raviz in Kerala To be Managed by ITC Hotels

The Raviz hotels, owned by NRI industrialist B Ravi Pillai, has entered into a management tie-up with hospitality major ITC Hotels for running its properties in Kerala and Dubai. The properties to be managed by ITC include four Raviz hotels in Kerala and two in Dubai, one of them under construction.
The Saudi Arabia-based tycoon said investment atmosphere in Kerala had improved over the years, especially in tourism. Pillai said right now 70 per cent of workers in his companies are Indians. However, under the ‘nitaqat’ law in Saudi Arabia, the total expatriate workforce would have to be limited to 40 per cent.
