Cochin and Rajmundry Airport wins Chal Vijayanti Shields

Cochin and Rajmundry airports have won the ‘Chal Vaijayanti’ shields for excellent achievement in the implementation of national language Hindi.The award is given as per the Government of India directive to promote Rajbhasha Hindi in the southern region.
The running shields are given away every quarter to airports in the southern region which promote Hindi. In the July-September quarter, first prize under the big airports category was won by Cochin airport, and Rajmundry airport in Andhra Pradesh in small airports section.
