48th FHRAI at Le Meridien, Kochi

The 48th Annual Convention of Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) will be held from September 19 to 21, 2013 at Le Meridien, Kochi. The decision was unanimously taken during the Executive Committee meeting of FHRAI in New Delhi on April 20, 2013. The theme and business sessions of the Convention will be decided in the due course of time.

Jose Dominic, Joint Honorary Secretary, FHRAI who has been nominated as Chairman, FHRAI Convention Committee, said, “For the first time FHRAI is being held in Kerala.The Convention will talk about world class yet indigenous and sustainable tourism.

Being the President (Vivek Nair) from Southern region (South India Hotels & Restaurants Association (SIHRA), the Convention was supposed to be held in South India and hence Kerala was chosen as host state.
