CNBC awarded Kerala as the best destination in India . Kerala received CNBC Awaaz Travel Award declaring it as best travel and tourism State in India.Suman Billa, the secetary of tourism, Kerala received the award on behalf of the tourism it’s tourism industry.
’Kerala has also won the ‘most preferred destination’ prize in 2010.Kerala was awarded the CNBC Awaaz Travel Award for ‘constantly striving to push the boundaries of excellence’.With no celebs posing as the tourism brand ambassador of the state, Kerala has still managed to rank in the list of most favorable tourist destinations.
