Admission To Post Graduate Medical Courses in Kerala 2013
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has issued notification for conducting a single common Entrance Examination (NEET-PG) for admission to various MD/MS and PG Diploma courses for the year 2013. NEET-PG is a mandatory test for gaining entry to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses at all Medical colleges under the ambit of PGME Regulations of MCI. No candidate who has failed to obtain the minimum eligibility marks as prescribed shall be admitted to any Post Graduate Medical courses.
The Government of Kerala have made it clear that the admission to the Post Graduate Medical Courses in the Medical Colleges/Institutions in the State of Kerala
from the academic year 2013 will be on the basis of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-PG) and that Medical PG aspirants from the State of Kerala shall have to participate in NEET-PG and obtain minimum eligibility marks as prescribed, for getting admission to Post Graduate Medical Courses.
