Cochin Airport Shut Saudi Flights Diverted to Chennai

A Kochi-bound Saudi Airlines flight with over 300 passengers was diverted here following heavy rains in that city. The Saudi Airlines flight was diverted while Air India and Spicejet cancelled one service each to Kochi, airport sources said.
Parts of Kerala have been receiving heavy downpour since yesterday with landslips triggered by rainfall claiming six lives in the high range Idukki district on Monday.
