Kerala Numismatic Society organise Three Days All India Coin Exhibition .
The enthusiasts of history and coin collection will have a golden opportunity, as coins practiced in 332 BC during the period of Alexander the Great, the silver coin that betrayed Jesus, the widows penny in bible, coins of ancient Gupta and Mughal emperors in India, and coins of local chieftains in India would be exhibited in the exhibition that would conclude on September 20, a release said here today.
Besides this, rare coins during the period of British India, Portugese, and French, currencies and stamps would be exhibited, the release said, adding, stamps bible, birds and butterflies would also be displayed for the public.
Auctions by noted coin and stamp-vendors in the country and ‘Oswal’ were also arranged in the exhibition. The State Public Works Department(PWD) Minister V K Ebrahim Kunju would inaugurate the exhibition, the release added.UNI CGV KVV JK 1205
