Public-Private Participation Hospitals Rejected by Kerala Govt

Kerala Government have given a red signal to the proposal to set up aided hospitals on Public-Private Participation model. Health and Devaswom Minister V S Shivakumar said that govt is trying to add more facilities to govt hospitals with more facilities and additional infrastructure.
“The idea of aided hospitals with government spending on private participated government project is not acceptable and government has no such plans,” he said to a motion moved by K N A Khader (IUML).
