Public Sector Bank Unions Go On 2 Day strike From Tomorrow
A section of public sector bank employees would go on a two-day Kerala-wide strike to press Dhanlaxmi Bank to revoke the termination of union leader Mohanan P V.
Many public sector banks have issued advisory to its customers that business may be affected due to strike call given by All India Bank Officer’s Confederation (AIBOC).
In the event of the strike taking place, the business of the bank may get affected in Kerala on July 15 and 16 State Bank of Travancore said in a statement.
Even Corporation Bank has informed it is likely that the normal functioning of some of the branches in the state of Kerala may get affected.
