Malyalam actor named as third accused in Kochi cocaine case 

On Tuesday in the case of kochi cocaine the Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko has been named as the third accused. Model Reshma Rangaswamy, who was arrested along with Shine and three other women for allegedly possessing cocaine, will be the first accused.

The police have sought the custody of all the four in a petition submitted at the Ernaulam Principal Sessions court in Kerala. Police officials told to media that questioning is needed to find out the source of the drug,Investigation in the case is however being extended to Goa.

Blessy, an assistant director who was caught along with Shine from the flat, had given a statement that the drugs were given by a Goan named Frank. The investigating team has been combing the call lists of the arrested in the hope of getting more information about people who have been involved in drug deals.

Police had also indicated that on the same day when Shine and the women were arrested a drug party was held in Nedumbassery too .
