Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide partners with Green Gateway Leisure Limited

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., yesterday announced the signing of The Westin Bekal Resort & Spa. Owned by Green Gateway Leisure Limited, a dedicated company floated by the ATE Group, the 165-room property will be spread over 55 acres with rich landscaping complementing the natural streams of the famous Kerala Backwater lagoons. It will be the first property under the Westin Hotels and Resorts brand in Kerala and is scheduled to open in 2014.
