32nd National Junior Boys and Girls Taekwondo Championship Won By Kerala

National Junior Boys and Girls Taekwondo Championship held in Itanagar, Andhra Pradesh at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium here was won by Kerala with 120 points. While Kerala boys earned 63 points to emerge as toppers, the girls team from the state grabbed 57 points to stay at the apex.
Delhi with 79 points finished overall second.Hosts Arunachal Pradesh had a disappointing finish as they drew a blank with all there 14 participants failing to make any sort of impression.Madhya Pradesh (45) and Uttar Pradesh (37), meanwhile, finished second and third respectively in the boys category.
The ‘Best Fighting Spirit’ award went to Goa, while Bihar received the ‘Active Participation’ trophy.In girls category the distinction was awarded to Haryana and Tamil Nadu respectively.
