President Hails Kerala for National Games

President Pranab Mukherjee has congratulated Kerala for successfully conducting 35th Edition of National  Games on Sunday.

The President tweeted ‘Congratulations to the organizers for the efficient conduct of the Games in which more than 10000 athlete competed in 33 events,’ 

Mr Mukherjee also tweeted ‘Congratulations to Kerala for hosting the National Games for a second time after 1987.’ Congratulating all participants and medal winners, he again tweeted that ‘the National Games enable our sports persons demonstrate the excellence they can achieve.’

‘Sports promote national integration and inculcate national pride foster friendship and spirit of sportsmanship.’ President said.
