35th National Games: Sajan Prakash Steals the Show
In the ongoing 35th National Games, Kerala Won two gold, one silver and three bronze medals.
Sajan Prakash, who won Kerala’s first medal at the Games with a silver in men’s 200M freestyle swimming, won the state’s first gold medal at the showpiece event by winning 100M butterfly stroke with a Games record time.Sajan clocked 0:55:03 to finish ahead of Supriya Mondal (0:55:18) and Madhya Pradesh’s Aaron D’Souza (0:55:33).
Meanwhile, Kerala also won gold in the men’s 4X100M free style relay with a Games record time of 3:32:31, beating Maharshtra (3:33:10) and Madhya Pradesh (3:33:17).
