Grand Kerala Shopping Festival Starts Tomorrow

Grand Kerala Shopping Festival seventh edition will start tomorrow in Kochi city of Kerala after prolonged delays of three weeks.
Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Tourism Minister A.P. Anil Kumar said the distribution of the coupons for the shopping festival would begin on Saturday at Malappuram. The 46-day festival would conclude on February 5.
Mr. Anil Kumar said the Kerala Vyapari Vyavasayi Ekopana Samithi (KVVES) had been selected as the logistic partner after inviting tenders as directed by the Kerala High Court. There were seven tenders and the KVVES only qualified to become the partner, he added.
