Ethiopian Delegation of 11 members Led by Ethiopia’s Minister for Women, Youth and Children Zenebu Tadesse is on on a two−day visit to Kerala premier Technopark here Monday to understand the IT industry’s role in empowering women and youth in the state.
K.G. Girish Babu, chief executive officer of Technopark, made a presentation on the IT sector in Kerala, while senior business development officer of the IT park spoke on the importance of having a balanced men−women ratio at work.”There are many women in high positions in the companies here. This trend can be followed by other IT parks too,” M. Vasudevan said.
