Worker Injured as Church Uder Construction Collapses

Several workers were injured as a church under construction at Aroor near Alappuzha in Kerala collapsed on Monday evening.The injured have been rushed to a hospital in Kochi. The structure collapsed while the roof construction was in progress.

State Revenue Minister Adoor Prakash said eight injured workers have been rushed to hospital.The Minister said the district administrations in Alappuzha and Ernakulam have been instructed to rush more contingents of fire force and rescue experts to search the rubble.
