SSLC Exam Student Result Made Records

Secondary School Leaving Certificate examination in Kerala has produced a record pass percentage of 94.17 per cent this year, an increase of half a percentage from last year. The results were formally announced by state education minister P.K. Abdu Rubb .
Kottayam district topped the state in pass percentage with 97.74 per cent while Palakkad came last with 87.99 per cent. As many as 10,073 students scored an A plus in the examination. Kozhikode district had the credit of having the most students with an A plus.
Across the state, 861 schools scored a cent per cent pass, of which 274 were government schools. The SSLC exams were held from March 11 to 23, and the education department scored a record by announcing the result in the shortest time ever.
